Returns Policy

We take great pride in our products and services and strive to provide you with exactly what you ordered and would like you to be happy with your purchase.

There may be times, however, when something slips through our extensive quality control.

In such instances, our returns policy is as below.

Samples Return Terms and Conditions

To qualify as samples, the order must have been placed as a sample order.

Where size samples are bought and are returned to us within 3 working days from having received them;

in the same condition in which they were received and in the original packaging;

All the labels still attached;

We will refund or pass a credit to be used with your purchase, depending on what is most convenient for you.

Unbranded Goods Terms & Conditions

We will accept returns for items that have a manufacturing defect or which were incorrectly supplied, provided:

They are returned with 3 working days of having received them and have not been used;

Altered in any way and are still in their original packaging;

With all labels still attached.

After these returns have been received, they will be checked and replacements will be provided to you.

Branded Goods Terms & Conditions

If we supply you with goods that we have branded to your specifications we will not accept any returns.

In the unlikely event of some of the branding being faulty, we will, at our own discretion, either correct the branding or where this is not possible, we will replace the item for you.
