Answer: We will need to know who the quote must be made out to as well as the address to which any order must be delivered. If the quote is for a company, please give us your full company name and VAT number if you are vat registered.
Once you have decided which product you are interested in tell us how many you need. If you require branding please give us all the details as to what branding you require and if you have any images of logos that need to be branded send that to us as well.
Answer: Yes! We use a courier to deliver the finished order to your door.
If you give us your delivery address when you request a quote, we will deliver your order free of charge to a single destination to one of the following cities:
- Cape Town
- Port Elizabeth
- East London
- Somerset West
provided your order complies with our minimum order value.
Answer: The first step is to request a quote. If you would like to accept the quote, tell us so that we can confirm that all the stock you need is available. Once we confirm stock, you can make payment and we will process your order.
Answer: Yes! We offer screen printing, embroidery, vinyl printing and heat transfer for clothing and headwear.
We also print sports numbers on clothing. Corporate gifts are branded with either pad printing, debossing, laser etching, co2 laser engraving, direct to product printing or foil heat stamping.
Answer: You can order any of our clothing or gift range without branding.
Answer: We can brand on clothing that you have not bought from us, but there are risks involved. While we will take every effort to ensure the branding is of the highest standards, please remember we do not have any control over what finishes there are on your fabric or how suitable the garment is for branding.
Also we have no idea how well the branding will take on your clothing. For this reason we will brand on your clothing entirely at your own risk.That means that if any of your garments get damaged during branding, we will not accept any claim associated with such damage. Should the branding not adhere properly to your garments, we will also not accept any responsibility or claim for that either.
Answer: If your order is for product and branding it usually takes between 8 to 12 working days to complete and be ready for dispatch.
If you are just ordering product, then that usually takes between 2 to 6 working days, depending on what products you order.
Once your order is ready the courier will take between 1 and 6 working days to deliver to you , depending on where you are located.

If you need to see samples/fit sizes, this is the process:
- Send us the list of sizes you would like to see
- We will send you a quote for a fully refundable deposit which will be refunded when the samples are returned.
- You can keep the samples for 3 working days to fit before turning
Please note, returned samples must be in the original packing with all labels still attached and in the same condition in which they were received. Samples which have been worn or altered in any way will not be refunded.
Answer: If you are ordering product only, we need full payment with your order.
For branded products we require an 80% deposit and the balance on completion of the order. Full payment must reflect in our bank account before any orders will be released to the courier for delivery.
We only accept EFT payments.
Answer: The prices on our website are a guideline so that you can compare one product against another. Our prices are calculated by a pricing model and will depend on the size of your order.
The bigger your order, the better the price. For that reason we always need to know quantity required.

This is purely an admin office and no stock is kept at the office and branding does not take place at the office either.
